The results of the first observations of the quasar 3C 254 with the URAN interferometers at the decameter wavelengths are presented. The authors show that the model of quasar brightness distribution in this range differs substantially from that at higher frequencies. An extended component with angular dimensions about 20″has been found in the source structure. The component provides the greater fraction of the source flux at frequencies below 30 MHz.
