The imager IBIS on board INTEGRAL has observed the sky region containing the GLAST newly detected high energy blazar PKS 1502+106 (ATEL 1650) during a standard pointing performed from MJDs 53760.4 to 53762.4 for a total integration time of 83ks. IBIS has detected a new high energy source, namely IGR J15039+1022, in the energy range between 18 and 60 keV at a flux level of 1.6 mCrab (i.e. 1.2x10exp-11 erg cm-2 s-1).
