Japan has contributed for promotion of astronomy in developing countries by donating modern astronomical instruments. Within the scheme of the Governmental ODA (Official Development Assistance), nineteen countries have successfully obtained, until 2003, reflecting telescopes at university level and modern planetaria for education purpose. In this article, subsequently to the past record until 1986 (Part I), further development of the aid has been shown.
