The instability in the system of counterstreaming cold plasmas in the
case of nonrelativistic and ultrarelativistic velocities of streams is
studied. Analytic dependencies of instability growth rate on wave vector
and on angle between wave vector and stream velocity are obtained.
Growing field perturbation polarization is considered.
