The variable DB white dwarf GD 358 was observed in the WET (Whole Earth Telescope) campaign of May 1990. Seismological modelling of its power spectrum gives the total mass, the mass of the outer helium envelope, and the absolute luminosity of the star. Evidence for differential rotation and a weak magnetic field is found. Nonlinear processes in oscillation are significant.
