The intensity, spatial spectrum, and velocity of inhomogeneities of the circumsolar plasma are determined and the internal scale of inhomogeneities of the medium is estimated on the basis of radio-transillumination experiments carried out with the aid of the Venera-10 station. Fluctuations in electron concentration are shown to decrease rapidly with distance from the sun, but the inhomogeneities have an increased value in the region of 12-20 solar radii. For inhomogeneities having characteristic scales of 5-80 km, the average value of the spectral index is 3.6 + or - 0.2; for inhomogeneities with sizes between 1000 and 50,000 km, it is 3.9 + or - 0.3. The spectral index of the fine-scale part of the spectrum decreases as the sun is approached, and at radial distances of less than 12 solar radii its value is close to 3. The internal scale of the circumsolar plasma turbulence has sizes on the order of several km at distances of 6-10 solar radii. Inhomogeneity velocities of 30-40 km/sec at radial distances of two to six solar radii are typical; at distances of more than 18 radii, the velocity exceeds 400 km/sec.
