Intensities of select emission lines of H, He I, and the forbidden lines N II, O III, O II, and S II are measured in sample regions within NGC 7635. Several bright knots are interpreted as emission rims of globules. The Bubble appears to be a unique region characterized by enhanced forbidden line O III and lower fractions of the N II and S II forbidden lines. The nebula may be interpreted as a dusty blister on the edge of a molecular cloud.
