Estimates of the influx of meteoritic matter to the earth and an analysis and comparison of orbital element distributions of meteor bodies in a wide range of masses from 10 exp -6 to 10 g, calculated from photographic and radar observations of meteor trails in the earth's atmosphere, are presented. It is shown that, of five hypothetical types of meteor bodies connected with their origin, four can be identified on the basis of orbital distributions. A notable contribution of bodies of asteroid origin to the meteor complex is found.
