The equation of small adiabatic radial pulsations of a star rotating as a rigid body is derived. This equation is used in the special case of a homogeneous star. The perturbations of order Omega-squared are taken into account and all radial modes are considered. It is shown that the frequencies of the radial pulsations of the rotating star are less than the corresponding frequencies of a nonrotating star of the same mass. The ratios of the periods of the overtones change very little. Tidal forces do not change the frequencies of the radial pulsations.
