The general relationships appropriate for the random force-free magnetic field are obtained. Using the assumption of conventional turbulence, the first order smooth approximation may be applied, and the fluctuating magnetic field may be solved as the function of fluctuation velocity, average velocity, and magnetic field from the fluctuating induction equations, or as a function of average magnetic field from the fluctuating momentum equation. For both approaches, some boundary conditions are included. The correlation terms of average Lorentz force and average electric field are given, and it is proved that the average and fluctuation equations of momentum and induction can be satisfied. Therefore, the problem of random force-free magnetic field is consistent in kinematics and dynamics.
