The cosmological diffuse background is an extremely powerful tool to evaluate the cosmological parameters, in particular the present matter content of the Universe. However the estimate of these various parameters rely on a certain number of assumptions concerning the physical process which has very early in the history of the Universe produced the fluctuations of density that are observed today. I will present the type of constraints which can be drawn on the cosmological parameters with the data available at present according to the type of scenario assumed for the primordial universe.
