A nontraditional approach is taken to strong gravitation, i.e., from the point of view of gravitation induction. A 'cutoff factor' is calculated in the ase of which the Salam gravitational constant and the cosmological term of strong gravitation are induced due to zero oscillations of vacuum in curved space. Attention is given to the induction of the strong-gravitational constant due to quantum effects in curved space. The relation between gravitation induction and the hierarchical structure of the world is examined.
