We obtain cross sections for the inclusive neutrino and antineutrino reactions ,νe + ^56Fe-> e^- +X,barνe + ^56Fe-> e^+ + X,ν_μ + ^56Fe-> μ^- + X, and barν_μ + ^56Fe -> μ^+ + X. We cover a range of neutrino energies from threshold to 300 MeV. We make use of a phenomenological tensor model which makes use of total muon capture data for ^56Fe. We obtain Michel spectrum averaged results for the electron neutrino and antineutrino reactions and LSND spectrum averaged results for the muon neutrino and antineutrino cases. We compare our results with experimental results from KARMEN and discuss our results in light of planned experiments in iron.
