The spectra of the systematic differences of several instruments in the Chinese Joint System are analyzed. It is suggested that the systematic differences can be fitted and predicted by means of an AR model. This method seems to be more reasonable than the one used now in Chinese System or in BIH. The time determination data in the Chinese Joint System in 1977-1978 are tested. Both the internal and the external precisions of so obtained joint corrections are higher. The Universal Time Service can be provided more rapidly, and the precision of the control of UT1 time signals may be improved in using AR series of the seasonal difference model.
