New observations of four small areas of secondary reference stars on the Martian orbit were made during the 1988 opposition. A new reduction of measurements of plates with images of satellites and secondary reference stars was carried out. The readjusted series contains 660 positions of Phobos and 639 positions of Deimos in the FK5/J2000.0 system. The new positions of Phobos and Deimos are compared with the calculated parameters. The mean differences between the calculated and observed positions of Martian satellites for all series are Delta(alpha) cos delta = +20 arcsec, and Delta(delta) = -80 arcsec.
