The paper presents a new rate relation for the O + OH yields O2 + H reaction in the temperature range of 10-300 K. The relation is based on calculations for the EL model and from a quasi-classical trajectory calculation where the effect of the rotational energy of OH was studied. A novel method for estimating reaction rates at low temperatures was used.
