The observed positions of periodic comet Schorr (1918 III) have been improved by remeasuring all available photographic plates and using newly derived reference star positions in the FK4-system. A new orbit has been calculated supplying predictions for the comet's return in the second half of 1982; the brightness of the comet is not expected to be higher than 19 mag.
