The implementation of a NMR circuit designed to improve the detection of small signals and avoid the pitfalls of using a resonant cable is discussed. This new circuit combines a modification of the standard Liverpool Q-meter, together with a circuit of passive components, maintained at liquid helium temperatures. Results from the first tests are presented. .
