A novel interconnect circuit (interface) for high T(subscript c) superconducting microbolometer has been designed. The interconnect circuit is composed of a constant-current bias and a silicon preamplifier chip. All of the components are mounted in a liquid nitrogen-cooled Dewar. Our preliminary results demonstrate a proof of principle for designing superconductor-semiconductor hybrid integrate infrared detectors with some electronic process functions.
