I consider the implications of the observed angular distribution of γ-ray bursts for Galactic and cosmological models of the bursts. The positions of individual bursts provide information about counterparts at other wavelengths. The angular distribution on small scales provides information about burst repetition. The angular distribution on intermediate scales constrains the distance scale to γ-ray bursts, if they are cosmological in origin. The angular distribution on large scales constrains Galactic corona models of the bursts. I discuss each of these topics in light of the BATSE 3B catalog.
