For the postprocessing of the spectral image of a microwave burst observed by the PMO solar fast spectrometer at 4.5-7.5 GHz, we have used various image-processing methods to remove noise and interference, to make the image reflect better the burst event, and to intensify the more interesting details. The software is developed on the platform of MATLAB with good results.
