Cometary Archive, Amateur Astronomers

The new C.A.R.A. (Cometary Archive for Amateur Astronomers) photometric program and web site are presented. The program, specifically devoted to CCD cometary comae photometry, was developed by the G.O.C. (Group of Cometary Observers) within the Italian Union of Amateur Astronomers Comet Section. One of the main goals is to realize an on-line database to collect data, based mainly on the determination of the Af[rho] quantity, useful for the study of cometary dust.
