We note that the INTEGRAL source IGR J18410-0535 reported by Rodriguez et al. (ATEL #340) is possibly an outburst of the transient 4.74 s X-ray pulsar AX J1841.0-0536, which in turn was identified using Chandra with a Be star counterpart at coordinates (J2000) 18h41m00.43s, -05d35'46.5" (Halpern et al., ATEL #289). The source positions are in agreement, and the Chandra image shows no other source within 2' of the INTEGRAL position.
