Identifications of Fe XVI lines between 15 and 17 [[Unable to Display Character: Ǻ]] are made in the spectra of Capella observed with the MEG and HEG instruments of the Chandra X-ray Observatory. The identifications are based on laboratory measurements, modeling calculations, and very accurate line position calculations. A total of nine heretofore unfitted features in the Capella spectra are shown to be associated with Fe XVI lines. In addition, we confirm that one (strong) Fe XVI blends with an Fe XVII at 15.26 [[Unable to Display Character: Ǻ]], and another (but weak) Fe XVI line blends with an Fe XVIII line at 17.62 [[Unable to Display Character: Ǻ]]. We predict the wavelength of the Fe XVI line that blends with the Fe XVII line to be 15.266 [[Unable to Display Character: Ǻ]]. Its wavelength is within 0.0042 [[Unable to Display Character: Ǻ]] of the strong Fe XVII line commonly labeled 3D. A spectral power of better than 3600 is, therefore, needed to resolve this blend, which is much higher than current spectrometers can achieve.
