We present Chandra and VLA observations of the X-ray bright group centered on IC1262. The X-ray image shows remarkable X-ray filaments and cavities. The most prominent X-ray features are two arms extending 80 kpc north and south of the galaxy. The arms are produced by cool gas filaments and are twice as long as those observed around M87. The VLA image shows two prominent buoyant plasma bubbles, also oriented north/south, that are each about 60 kpc in radius and extend 50-160 kpc from IC1262. We argue that these buoyant bubbles, as they rose through the group atmosphere around IC1262, uplifted cool gas from the core and are responsible for producing the remarkable X-ray thermal arms. Another X-ray feature of IC1262 is a horizontal bar of cool thermal gas with its western end centered on IC1262 and extending 20 kpc to the east. We suggest that this unique bar is produced by gas "sloshing" in the dark matter gravitational potential of the group. The sloshing, probably excited by a minor merger, has disrupted the dense core and has formed the bar from gas that was peaked on the central dominant galaxy. We compare the bubbles and arms seen in the IC1262 group to those seen around M87.
