We report hyperfine A and B constants for levels in the odd parity 4f96s and 4f85d6p configurations and even parity 4f85d6s, 4f86s2, 4f85d2, and 4f96p configurations of singly ionized terbium (Tb). These experimental data are from nonlinear least-square fits to high resolution Fourier transform spectra. Monoelectronic aκk and bκk parameters for the 4f96s and 4f96p configuration are determined from least-square fits to subsets of the experimental hyperfine A and B constants for levels in these configurations. Theoretical A and B constants derived from the monoelectronic parameters are in good agreement with the available experimental A and B constants for levels of the 4f96s configuration and are in fair agreement with experimental A and B constants for levels of the 4f96p configuration. This agreement supports the uncertainty estimate on the experimental values and strongly supports the level assignments in Tb II. These hyperfine data are of continuing value in testing Tb II line classifications and in synthesizing astrophysical spectra.
