The results of hydroxyl line observations at 1667 MGz in Comet Halley are presented. The observations were performed during November and December 1985 and March 1986 using the RATAN-600 radio telescope with a resolution of 1.8 x 110 arcmin and 5.5 km/s. The OH emission and absorption lines were found at fairly high radial velocities relative to the comet: from +5 to +25 km/s.
