The authors consider a self-consistent mechanism of diffusive shock acceleration with particles generating the MHD waves. They calculate spectral and spatial characteristics of the turbulence, diffusion coefficient and the particle distribution function. From a comparison of the characteristic particle acceleration time with supernova remnants lifetimes they determine the particle limiting energies, which can be achieved within the context of the considered mechanism, Emax ≡ 102 - 103GeV.
