Scientific paper

A recurrent enhancement of cosmic-ray fluxes detected by the Venera 9 space probe is analyzed. This enhancement was characterized by a large relative He-3 isotope abundance in the energy range from 2 to 4 MeV/n. The isotopic composition of this enhancement is discussed in terms of contemporary models for hydrogen and helium isotope production on the sun.
