We present Hubble Space Telescope WFPC2 imaging of the Lupus T Tauri star Schwartz 82. Although Sz 82 shows only weak spectroscopic evidence for accretion, it is an IRAS source with a strong millimeter continuum excess indicative of a substantial circumstellar disk. Careful subtraction of the stellar point spread function (PSF) from the HST images reveals a compact reflection nebula on the SW side of the star. The nebula appears as a broad, gentle, symmetrical arc nearly 4 arcsec long, and is seen in both F606W and F814W images. The nebula morphology appears very similar to models of scattered light from an optically thick circumstellar disk seen 40 degrees from edge-on. We will present constraints on the circumstellar disk properties derived from the spectral energy distribution and the HST images.
