The nearby dwarf elliptical galaxies NGC 185 and NGC 205 each have a small number of globular clusters. We are obtaining HST WFPC2 F555W (V) and F814W (I) data for several of these clusters. We will discuss the current status of this project as of September, 1998. We will present the color-magnitude diagrams and determine basic properties for these clusters, including reddening, metallicity and horizontal branch morphology. These clusters will be placed in the metallicity: HB morphology diagram, along with analogous clusters in other Local Group galaxies with similar data. This analysis will allow us to study the development of these individual cluster systems and to compare and contrast the formation and early evolutionary histories of galaxies of different mass and morphological type. These will be the first data of this type for globular clusters in a dwarf, and nucleated dwarf, elliptical galaxy.
