Rotation curve decompositions of twenty-two spirals in the UMa cluster show, under the maximum-disk hypothesis, a clear trend of stellar M_* / L_B with B-I color for HSB galaxies while in the K^'-band, M_* / L_{K^'} values show a small scatter for the HSB galaxies. M_* / L's of LSB galaxies show no color trends and large scatters. Assuming equal M_* / L_{K^'}'s for both HSB and LSB galaxies, decompositions indicate that HSB disks are close to a maximum-disk situation while LSBs are dark matter dominated at all radii. Galaxies seem to avoid a situation of marginal self-gravitation. A case study indicates that HSB and LSB systems with similar luminosities and comparable stellar M_* / LI might be embedded in identical halos.
