Methods of a numerically experimental investigation of collective relaxation processes in models of a stellar disk with continuous description of motion of particles stars are provided. It is shown that for correct modelling of a collisionless stellar disk the shape of the "cutoff region" of gravitational interaction at short distances must be ellipsoidal (the "cutoff radius" across the plane of the disk must be smaller than the "cutoff radius" in its plane).
