The results of moderate-resolution spectrophotometry of the Case blue star lists in the Case Low-Dipersion Northern Sky Survey (CBS) are reported. The observational techniques, data reduction, measurements, and results are presented. The various spectroscopic groups of CBS stars are discussed, including: lower gravity, horizontal branch stars; hot higher gravity, sdB, sdOB, and sdO stars along the extended horizontal branch; and the white dwarf spectroscopic subgroups, including DA, DB, and DZ. Miscellaneous blue objects discovered during the course of the survey are discussed, including cataclysmic variables, a newly discovered dwarf nova or novalike star, a new magnetic degenerate star, a composite spectrum star, active extragalactic objects, and a probable active chromosphere star with strong and variable Ca II H and K emission.
