We briefly describe the properties of Hot Molecular Cores and their role in our current understanding of galactic massive star formation. We discuss the plausibility of forming stellar clusters within hot cores and present recent evidence on one such cluster, the W75N region. Evidence for a possible truncation of the stellar IMF is explained, and a crude estimate for cluster formation timescales is described.
