We show that $C^2$-diffeomorphisms satisfying Holder shadowing property with
exponent greater than 1/2 are in fact structurally stable. We give a simple
example of a $C^{\infty}$-diffeomorphism which has Holder shadowing property
with exponent 1/3 and is not structurally stable.
