We present an investigation of HII regions in the Central Molecular Zone of the Galaxy, combining HST/NICMOS data with 0.2'' resolution with Spitzer/IRAC data with 2'' resolution. The regions range in size from approximately 0.1pc to 1 pc assuming a distance of 8 kpc. We present a search for the sources of ionization, some of may still be embedded in dust from our line of sight. We include in this analysis the discovery of possible young stellar objects as well as ionized bubbles around massive evolved stars. This set of HII regions represents a range of stages of massive star formation that is incompletely studied in the Galactic Center.
