Spectroscopic observations of NGC 1068 have been made at 24 position angles of every 15° from the major axis (P.A. 52°). The results show that the region emitting [O III] λ5007 extends asymmetrically in the NE direction at least up to 50arcsec from the center along the major axis. The Balmer lines and [N II] λλ6548, 6584 are distributed over the disk symmetrically. The intensity ratios of [O III] λ5007 to Hβ and [N II] λ6584 to Hα have been derived up to 24arcsec from the center in the NE part along the major axis. The asymmetrical feature of the [O III] line may be attributed to the highly ionized nebulosity extended on the NE side of the disk.
