We present results from analysis of the high-resolution X-ray spectra of the jet knots of quasar 3C 273. We use spectra taken with Chandra's High Energy Transmission Grating Spectrometer, using the ACIS-S detector. The spectra span the .4 - 10 keV range with a maximum resolution of .005Å and were taken over a total of 235ks. We fit a power law model to the spectra and determine significances of narrow and broad features.
This work was supported by NASA through the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) contract SV3-73016 for the Chandra X-Ray center and Science Instruments.
