The results of observations of 98 sources carried out with the RATAN-600 radio telescope at the wavelength 7.6 cm with the resolution as high as 18arcsec and the sensitivity 0.5 Jy are presented. For many sources a complex structure and a core-halo structure have been detected. Twenty-five per cent of the sources turned out to be compact or supercompact H II regions.
