Five planetary nebulae have been observed at a frequency of 5 GHz with 2 sec of arc resolution. For two of the nebulae, NGC 6543 and NGC 7662, the radio structures are well determined and closely resemble those found optically. The radio spectra imply hydrogen temperatures of about 6000 K. An alternative classification of the nebula M1-78 as a compact H II region is discussed briefly.
