The turbulence observed in the interstellar medium may play a significant role in the formation of stars. Studies of turbulence via computer simulation have been fruitful, but characterizing turbulence in molecular clouds remains an observational challenge. I will briefly review the data and results from an observational program targeting an isolated molecular cloud that is actively forming low-mass stars. High-resolution, wide-field imaging of the molecular gas, a detailed account of the stellar population, and a sensitive near-infrared extinction map provide a foundation for the study of star formation and, in particular, the role of turbulence and feedback from young stars in the region.
