12 and 25 micron IRAS Survey and AO footprint scan data in the galactic plane have been reprocessed as images for 2-dimensional point source extractions in an effort to provide a point source catalog supplement which is more complete than the IRAS PSC in the regions labeled 'confused' by IRAS. Approximately 3500 square degrees of sky are available as an atlas of high resolution galactic plane images (14.4 in.) pixels. For each region of the sky, there are separate background and point source images. Point source extraction results indicate that the 2-D processing improves completeness over the PSC everywhere in the plane, and increases source counts by a factor of 2-4 over the PSC.
