The Very High Pointing Accuracy (VHPA) Technology Research Program (TRP)
is reviewed. Particular attention is given to reaction wheel testing,
gyro testing, improved star tracker design, controller design and
parameter identification, thruster control/flexible interaction, thermal
distortion effects on GNC, and performance verification.
