The modern state of the problem of observations of high-orbital satellites and space debris is described. We present characteristics of telescopes of the Odessa Astronomical Observatory which are used for positional and photometrical observations of objects in geostationary and high-elliptic orbits. We give some results derived at the Odessa Astronomical Observatory during international optical-radar joint session of space debris observations in high orbits.
