The wavelet analysis is applied to turbulent and density waveforms caused by gradient-drift instability in the ionospheric plasma. This technique of analysis is well adapted to the study of the small scale structures of the turbulence and particularly to the determination of its degree of inhomogeneity. The transforms of electron density and of one electric field component are presented.
