The paper gives a description of the high-frequency sections of the receivers of the short-wave part of the millimeter range used in the radio-telescopes and radiometers of the MGTU (Moscow State Technical University) for radio-astronomical, radio-physical, and biomedical studies. Attention is given to structural and circuit solutions that provide for the necessary characteristics of such receivers.
