Kilohertz quasi-periodic oscillations (kHz QPOs) are the fastest (almost
coherent) variability measured in accreting X-ray binaries with a
neutron-star primary. Here I review the rôle of the neutron-star
spin in driving the frequencies of the kHz QPOs.
