Solar-Terrestrial Relations: Solar Activity

The analysis of geophysical data and solar activity (Wolf) from July 1976 to Sept. 1992 as well as corona index from July confirms the presence of oscillations with period ranging from 40 to 60 days in all these series. It is shown, at the same time, that their amplitudes and periods change with time. The authors examine the spatial and temporal distribution of spectral structure and investigate possible connections between geophysical phenomena and solar activity.
