The Energetic Gamma Ray Experiment Telescope (EGRET) aboard the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory has detected a number of interesting point sources in the Galactic plane region 125(deg) < l <220(deg) } and b <10^\circ$. A catalog of all the detected sources in this region and their properties will be presented along with their spectra and temporal features and possible identifications. This analysis is based on data taken from May 1991 to June 1993. The analysis has been completed using standardized analysis programs and a model for the diffuse emission based on the latest available radio data for determining the atomic and molecular hydrogen densities (Hunter, et al., this meeting).
